After graduating from UC Davis, I came to realize that working in finance was not really something I was passionate about. I pursued other career possibilities initially but felt like none of them were a good match. I decided to test out a small one-month beginner’s class on design and instantly felt that sense of interest and passion I was looking for. I continued my journey under the guidance of Springboard’s UX/UI course, where numerous mentors helped me build the foundations and develop what design means to me. To me, a good design brings its users together as it guides them toward a common goal. My goal as a designer is to create works that support this ideal, and that users find value in.
